Women's Journalling and Writing Circle
Join us in the beautiful setting of Green Wolf Cafe, Woolpit from 2 to 3.30pm on the second Saturday of each month to come together in community to get your words onto the page.
We start with a grounding and centring practice, before guided journalling to help you move beyond the noise of everyday life and reconnect with your inner voice.
In the second part of the session you will have silent writing time to either delve deeper into provided prompts or to work on your own writing projects.
Tea/coffee, cake and a warm welcome all included.
Whatever your previous journalling and writing experience, you'll find a warm welcome and supportive community.

Meet your host
Hi, I'm Catherine and I love to write. I've written for as long as I can remember and I've had a journalling practice for over 20 years.
As a yoga and meditation teacher, I've also practiced and taught contemplative journalling methods.
Journalling helps me hear myself think, but it also gets me out of my head and into my heart. The pages hold things that might otherwise feel too heavy to carry. I write to make sense of things. I write to feel heard and held.
I want to find more time to journal and for other writing projects, but at home, life is full so it can be hard to carve out the space.
These are all the reasons I started this monthly circle. To share the power of journalling. And to provide a space where time for writing can be found away from the demands of everyday life.
